No Fine Print is a modern wine brand built around transparency, quality, and a fresh approach to the wine business. We currently sell in 30 states, as well as the UK, Ireland, and South Korea, and we are looking for a senior commercial leader to help drive the next stage of growth.

Role Summary

The Chief Commercial Officer, Sales & Distribution will lead No Fine Print’s commercial growth strategy across distribution, key accounts, regional and national chains, and existing markets. This role is for someone who can help open new distributor relationships, expand our business with current distributors and accounts, and build a clear, disciplined sales engine for the future.

This is a senior growth role for a relationship-driven operator who understands wine, beverage alcohol, or CPG sales and knows how to turn opportunity into meaningful account growth.

Success in this position means expanding No Fine Print’s distribution footprint, increasing performance in existing markets, opening regional and national chain account opportunities, and creating a repeatable sales process that supports long-term growth.

The right person will bring strong distributor and buyer relationships, commercial discipline, excellent communication, and the ability to operate with both strategy and urgency.

How This Role Fits Into the Organization

The Chief Commercial Officer, Sales & Distribution will work closely with ownership and leadership to shape No Fine Print’s commercial strategy. This person will play a central role in how the company grows across distributors, retail accounts, restaurant and hospitality channels, regional and national chains, and international opportunities.

Responsibilities

* Lead and execute No Fine Print’s commercial sales strategy across existing and new markets.

* Open new distribution relationships in priority markets.

* Expand business with current distribution partners and existing accounts.

* Identify, open, and grow regional and national chain account opportunities.

* Strengthen relationships with key retail, restaurant, hospitality, and trade partners.

* Build sales systems, market plans, reporting processes, forecasts, and account strategies.

* Track sales performance and provide clear, actionable updates to leadership.

* Represent No Fine Print with distributors, buyers, brokers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

* Collaborate with ownership on pricing, positioning, market expansion, and brand growth.

* Bring structure, accountability, and momentum to the sales organization as the company scales.

Qualifications

* Significant experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or CPG sales.

* Proven track record opening distribution, growing accounts, and expanding brands across markets.

* Existing relationships with distributors, buyers, retailers, restaurants, or chain accounts.

* Strong understanding of the three-tier system and beverage alcohol sales.

* Experience working with regional or national chain accounts preferred.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong organizational, forecasting, reporting, and leadership skills.

* Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

* Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a growing company.

* Willingness to travel as needed.

* Passion for wine, brand-building, and relationship-driven sales.
